This website, www.kingdomcreationsbylily.com (the "Site"), is operated by Kingdom Creations by Lily, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania ("we," "us," and "our"). We offer this Site, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it (the "Service"), to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products to you.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; not to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; and not to interfere with the security or operation of the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Payment card information is encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.

Section 3 – Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to receive order and account communications from us electronically (for example, by email). You agree that agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Marketing emails and texts are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Section 4 – Products, Colors, and Handmade Variation

Many of our products are handmade, printed, or pressed to order, so small variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and are not defects. We try to display colors and images accurately, but your screen may show colors differently. Product sizes and fits are listed on each product page; please review size charts before ordering. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or limit sales to certain regions.

Section 5 – Custom and Personalized Orders

When you order a personalized item, you are responsible for reviewing the spelling, dates, and details you provide; we will produce the item as submitted. By submitting text, photos, logos, or artwork ("Customer Content"), you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights or contain unlawful, hateful, or obscene material. You give us a limited license to use Customer Content only to create, fulfill, and support your order. We may decline any custom request, in which case we will refund you in full.

Section 6 – Pricing, Payment, and Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed, and we will notify you. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Section 7 – Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Shipping, delays, and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Section 8 – Digital Products

Digital devotionals, printables, and other downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or post them publicly without our written permission.

Section 9 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, artwork, graphics, logos, product photos, devotional writing, and text—is owned by or licensed to Kingdom Creations by Lily and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Scripture quotations are from their respective translations and are used in accordance with the publishers' permissions. You may not copy or reproduce our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Section 10 – Reviews, Comments, and Feedback

We welcome honest reviews—positive or negative. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share honest reviews of our products or service, consistent with the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act. We do not pay for or write fake reviews, and any review we receive in exchange for an incentive will be clearly disclosed. We may remove reviews or comments that are unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, contain personal information of others, infringe others' rights, are unrelated to our products, or are clearly false or fake. By posting a review or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our Site and marketing channels. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Section 11 – Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may include tools, services, or links provided by third parties (such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and social media platforms). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Section 12 – Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR POLICIES AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT APPLIES TO PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE FROM US AND THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Section 14 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM CREATIONS BY LILY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or to any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Section 15 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Creations by Lily and its owners and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or Customer Content you submit that infringes the rights of others.

Section 16 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly and kindly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in small claims court or in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, unless the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract, including the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law or the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Section 17 – Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies referenced here are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Section 18 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed and use of the Site after they are posted; the Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.
