Refund & Return Policy

At Kingdom Creations by Lily, we want you to love every item you receive. Each piece is crafted with care and purpose, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right with grace and understanding.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the day your item is delivered (or picked up). To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping within the U.S. is free. To start a return, email us at <info@kingdomcreationsbylily.com> with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because they are made just for you or cannot be resold, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including items with names, dates, custom text, or your own photos or designs)

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance

  • Digital downloads and digital devotional products, once accessed or downloaded

  • Gift cards

Final-sale status is shown on the product page before you purchase. If you're unsure about an item, please ask us before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect—including custom and final-sale items—please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges, at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law, including implied warranties.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many items are made to order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. If production has not started, we'll cancel it for a full refund. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, you may cancel for a full refund as described there.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at <info@kingdomcreationsbylily.com>.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

If your order is shipped to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive your goods, without giving any reason. To cancel, email us a clear statement of your decision at <info@kingdomcreationsbylily.com>. You must send the goods back within 14 days after telling us. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, although we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items for international cancellations, and you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to digital content you have begun downloading with your consent.
