At Kingdom Creations by Lily, we want you to love every item you receive. Each piece is crafted with care and purpose, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right with grace and understanding.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your item arrives. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Free return shipping within the U.S.

To begin a return, please email us at kingdomcreationsbylily@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Kindly note: items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (including personalized or special orders)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, we welcome your questions.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no explanation needed. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging and include proof of purchase.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
