Kingdom Creations by Lily ("Kingdom Creations," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have when you visit www.kingdomcreationsbylily.com (the "Site"), shop with us, sign up for our Daily Devotional or other emails, leave a review, or otherwise interact with us online or in person. Our Site is hosted on Shopify.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact and account details – name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and account login information.

  • Order information – products purchased, prices, order notes, pickup or delivery preferences, and communications about your order.

  • Payment information – payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other payment processors shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number.

  • Custom and personalized order content – names, dates, text, photos, artwork, or other files you send us for personalized products.

  • Email and marketing sign-ups – your email address (and phone number if you opt in to text messages) and your subscription preferences.

  • Reviews and messages – product reviews, ratings, photos, survey responses, and messages you send us by email, social media, or our contact form.

Information collected automatically: When you use the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, general location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring website, and how you interact with our emails.

Information from others: We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, print-on-demand fulfillment partners, and social media or advertising platforms (for example, when you interact with our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok pages).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, make, fulfill, ship, and deliver your orders (including local pickup or delivery) and to handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • To communicate with you about orders, questions, and customer service.

  • To send the Daily Devotional, newsletters, and promotional emails or texts when you have signed up to receive them.

  • To display and moderate product reviews.

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site, understand how visitors use it, and prevent fraud.

  • To show you relevant ads on other websites and social media platforms and measure how our ads perform (see Section 4).

  • To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, print-on-demand fulfillment partners, Klaviyo (email and text messaging), Judge.me (product reviews), and website analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, which collect information through cookies and pixels on our Site (see Section 4).

  • Legal and safety reasons – to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or prevent fraud.

  • Business transfers – in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business.

  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some state privacy laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 4.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Targeted Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to work (for example, to keep items in your cart), as well as analytics and advertising technologies from Shopify, Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Klaviyo. These help us understand Site traffic and show you ads for our products on other sites and apps.

Your choices:

  • Use the cookie banner or the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of our Site to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser.

  • You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may not work properly. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them, but we do honor GPC as described above.

5. Emails and Text Messages

If you subscribe to our Daily Devotional, newsletter, or promotions, we will send you emails at the address you provide. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Order and account emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) are transactional and will still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

If we offer text messages and you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Generally, we keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically up to seven years); marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; and custom-order files for up to 12 months after your order is fulfilled so we can help with reorders or issues, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we rely on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure to process payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law, including Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Everyone can: unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time; view and update account details through your customer account; and ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

U.S. state privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and access a copy of it;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information we collected from or about you;

  • Receive your personal information in a portable format;

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you).

California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information for the purposes described in Section 2: identifiers (such as name, email, address, IP address); customer records (such as phone number and address); commercial information (purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and ad interactions); approximate geolocation; audio/visual information (photos you upload for custom orders or reviews); and inferences drawn from the above (such as product interests). We disclose these categories to the service providers and partners listed in Section 3, and we may "share" identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity with advertising partners for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know are under 16.

How to make a request. Email us at <info@kingdomcreationsbylily.com> with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call 717-490-9160. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we have on file. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, which may be extended where permitted).

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

No discrimination. We will not deny you goods, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We process personal information to perform our contract with you (orders), based on our legitimate interests (running and improving our shop and preventing fraud), with your consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and to comply with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by our service providers.

10. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our Site may link to other websites and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
